Ellesmere Port & Neston Conservatives were recently delighted to welcome the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, the Rt Hon Michelle Donelan MP, to a dinner in our constituency.
The Secretary of State spoke to members about her work in Government and shared her unique perspective on the events of recent months and years.
Chairman of EP&N Conservatives, Lee Evans, said:
"I was delighted to welcome Michele Donelan to Ellesmere Port & Neston for this evening's dinner. The Government is doing great things in this part of the country, including £177,917 annual arts funding for a local theatre group announced just last week, and it's important that people know they have a government that is backing towns like ours.
"I want to say thank you to Michele for coming to speak with us today. I know local members have really appreciated hearing from one of the government's rising stars about the good work that is going on in government."
