Local Conservative members have elected the Officer Team to lead the Association forward for the next year.
The Officers were elected at the Annual General Meeting of Ellesmere Port & Neston Conservative Association, at which all members of at least three months standing were eligible to stand, nominate and/or vote on officer positions.
The new Officer team is:
President: Richard Soper
Chairman: Lee Evans
Deputy Chairman (Political): Cllr Myles Hogg
Deputy Chairman (Membership): Nic Hebson
Treasurer: Andrew Merrill
Lee Evans, the Chairman for 2022-23, said:
"It's great to have been given the confidence of local members to lead our Association forward over the next year.
"2022-23 is a critical time for us locally. Not only will we be responding to new Parliamentary boundaries, we will also be fighting the critical Cheshire West & Chester Council elections next May.
"As a team, we're determined to do all we can to ensure residents across our area get the outstanding Conservative representation they deserve."
